This May, we invited students and their families to join us in developing a regular meditation practice tailored to their own  needs and goals. By participating, we have been cultivating mindfulness, bringing more peace and clarity to our mind and reducing our stress to live more fully in the present moment.

Everyone choose a meditation commitment that works for their family throughout the month. Whether it’s 5 minutes daily or 20 minutes twice a week, every moment spent in meditation contributes to a healthier and more balanced life.

Together, let’s prioritise self-care, mindfulness, and peace in our homes and experience the life-changing benefits of meditation for yourself and your family.
