This May, we invite students and their families to join us in developing a regular meditation practice tailored to their own  needs and goals. By participating, you’ll be cultivating mindfulness, bringing more peace and clarity to your mind and reducing your stress to live more fully in the present moment.

Choose a meditation commitment that works for you and your family, and stick with it throughout the month. Whether it’s 5 minutes daily or 20 minutes twice a week, every moment spent in meditation contributes to a healthier and more balanced life.

Together, let’s prioritise self-care, mindfulness, and peace in our homes.

Instructions on how to get involved

  1. Register – Sign up for the Challenge using the QR code 
  2. Set your goal – Decide on a regular meditation commitment that suits you and your family during May. You can choose anywhere from 5 mins to 30 minutes a day, or a minimum weekly commitment of two sessions per week. It’s about committing to the challenge you set for yourself.
  3. Build up your meditation resource list – Check out some of our suggested meditations or build up your own Meditation Toolkit.
  4. Spread the word – Share your Raisely page with your friends and family. Encourage friends and family to join you in meditating or support you and donate.
  5. Start meditating – From May 1st, begin your daily meditation practice. 
  6. Track your progress – Log your daily meditation time using our downloadable PDF, or set reminders in your calendar. 
  7. Share your success as you go – Make a short video explaining how meditation helps you, post it on your fundraising page, and share photos, thought,s and your favourite meditations!
